I entered marriage filled with wounds in my soul or I would call it “baggage.” Some wounds came from my ancestors. Some wounds came from my own mistakes and sins. Thankfully, I no longer walk in guilt and shame after I received forgiveness from Jesus. Even after I received Jesus as my Savior and Lord, my wounded soul somehow filtered the way I looked at marriage. My journey in healing my soul began when I learned the process of grief recovery. Anyone can recover from grief. It starts by forgiving and asking for forgiveness. It’s a simple process but hard to do. It takes courage. For more info, click GRIEF RECOVERY.
